Sometimes, I catch Rachel Ray’s show while jogging on the treadmill. Though I rarely post recipes (if ever), I always appreciate friends, like Katie in Atlanta, who pass on good ones. So, I am returning the favor. Get ready for a happy taste bud dance!
As usual, I substituted butter and milk for alternatives, such as vegetable oil butter and soy milk. And, for the first time, I actually found a yummy cheese substitute – Vegan Mozzarella by Galaxy Nutritional Foods. You must try it if you can’t eat cheese or try not to eat much (like me).
